Description
The Workforce Education Coordinator supports student access, retention, completion, and career advancement by connecting eligible students with Workforce Education programs, financial assistance, funding eligibility, academic planning, and career resources. The role provides individualized case management, maintains accurate records, monitors compliance with state, federal, grant, and institutional requirements, and collaborates with students, campus departments, state agencies, workforce partners, employers, and community organizations. The position requires a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree and three years of related experience, along with strong communication, regulatory knowledge, cultural humility, and relationship-building skills.
