Description
The Workforce Engagement & Development Manager is a field-embedded leadership role responsible for the morale, retention, training, readiness, compliance, and deployment of a 100-person field employee cohort. The role combines employee relations, conflict resolution, performance coaching, career pathing, workforce-management and HRIS systems, executive reporting, and coordination with scheduling and dispatch. It requires 3–5 years of combined field operations and people-management experience, with construction, electrical, industrial, or technical-trade experience preferred, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience.
