Description
The Workforce Engagement & Development Manager is a field-embedded leadership role responsible for the morale, training, readiness, retention, and compliance of a dedicated cohort of 100 field employees. The role combines hands-on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance coaching, scheduling and deployment optimization, skills and certification development, career pathing, and executive reporting. It reports to the Director of Field Operations and requires 3–5 years of combined field operations and people-management experience, with construction, electrical, industrial, or technical-trade experience preferred.
