Five9 is hiring a WEM Platform Engineer / Systems Analyst to support the technical readiness, configuration, testing, deployment, migration, and integration of its WEM platforms. The role coordinates with internal teams and vendors, manages adapters and data imports, performs UAT and QA, troubleshoots incidents, and maintains technical documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant contact-center systems experience, and WEM platform expertise; the position is hybrid with two office days per week.
