Hadrian is hiring a Workforce Knowledge Analyst to embed with subject matter experts across its manufacturing operations and extract undocumented process knowledge through observation, interviews, and multi-format documentation. The role produces transcripts, video recordings, and written process notes, manages ongoing relationships with technical experts, identifies gaps between documented and actual work, and packages knowledge for training and certification systems. Candidates should be curious, adaptable, skilled at active listening and documentation, and able to earn trust with technical experts; experience with interviews, research, technical writing, journalism, or regulated-environment documentation is preferred.
