ISS is hiring a full-time Workforce Management Advisor, site based in Brisbane, to support a major resources contract in Central Queensland. The role focuses on workforce planning, scheduling, reporting, data analysis, and system optimization across operations, people and culture, agency providers, payroll, and finance. The successful candidate will use workforce management systems and dashboards to improve scheduling efficiency, reduce labor costs, support troubleshooting, and provide training to end users in a complex operational environment.
