Description
Alta Resources is hiring a Workforce Management Analyst to forecast staffing, create schedules, analyze hiring needs, and support recruitment for existing call-center programs. The role manages workforce databases, updates call-volume and staffing data, tracks metrics, and provides staffing recommendations to Program Directors. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years of call-center experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency with Aspect eWorkforce Management and Excel; one year of Aspect experience is preferred. The position is available in Neenah, Wisconsin; Brea, California; Fort Myers, Florida; Pasig City, Philippines; Belize City, Belize; and Mexico City, Mexico.
