BrokerLink is hiring a Workforce Management Analyst to monitor service-level objectives, inbound and outbound calls, schedules, forecasts, performance reports, WFM tickets, service-level chats, and approval activities. The role also provides first-line support for web station users and requires a university degree or college diploma, 2–4 years of workforce planning experience, proficiency with WFM software, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze results for operational improvements. The salary range is 59,300–72,500 CAD for a 35-hour workweek, with a 7.5% target annual bonus and flexible work arrangements; Canadian work experience is not required, but candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
