Universal Orlando is hiring a full-time Workforce Management Analyst, Workplace Operations in Orlando. The role serves as the primary workforce management subject matter expert for a global 24x7 IT support operation, owning forecasting, capacity planning, staffing models, scheduling, real-time management, reporting, and workforce optimization. The analyst partners with Operations, HR, Finance, and regional stakeholders to develop staffing strategies, improve utilization and service levels, and provide strategic recommendations. The position requires at least four years of workforce management, capacity planning, forecasting, or workforce analytics experience, along with advanced Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
