The Workforce Management Coordinator supports the Head of Workforce Management by scheduling and booking employees and agency workers, maintaining accurate time and attendance records, coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders, preparing labor reports, resolving hours discrepancies, and contributing to process improvement. The role requires at least one year of workforce management or related experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with labor laws.
