LichtBlick is hiring a Workforce Management Manager for its Operations area to manage headcount and resources, create operational and strategic forecasts, steer capacity and staffing, support budget planning and controlling, and improve workforce and partner-management processes. The role requires a degree or comparable qualification, experience in workforce management, forecasting, or partner steering, contract and stakeholder management, data analysis, and fluent spoken and written English and German. It is a permanent part-time or full-time position with flexible working arrangements and benefits.
