Conduent is hiring a Workforce Management Scheduler to create and optimize employee schedules that align workforce capacity with forecasted business demand. The role develops staffing plans, maintains schedules in WFM systems, processes schedule requests and exceptions, optimizes coverage, ensures compliance with labor and company requirements, and collaborates with WFM Planners, Operations, and Business Partners. The position requires graduation, business English proficiency, flexibility for a 24x7 environment, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with WFM platforms.
