The ADP Workforce Management Consultant will design, implement, configure, and support WFM solutions, including scheduling, time tracking, attendance, leave management, and payroll integration. The role focuses on integrating ADP Workforce Management with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central, managing APIs, middleware, and file-based interfaces, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies. Candidates need at least five years of WFM implementation, support, and integration experience, along with expertise in SAP HCM, cloud-based WFM solutions, and US payroll.
