Description
The Workforce Operations Analyst (Workforce Technology Analyst) supports the day-to-day execution and governance of Empower’s external workforce lifecycle. The role coordinates contractor onboarding, extensions, transitions, and offboarding; manages stakeholder requirements, quotes, rates, approvals, documentation, system access, data, and reporting; and troubleshoots operational, compliance, and process issues. It requires 2–4+ years of experience in operations, HR operations, procurement support, or similar roles, along with Excel and enterprise-system proficiency. The position offers a base salary of $72,200 to $101,975, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, tuition reimbursement, and other leave and paid-time benefits.
