The Workforce Operations Coordinator supports the department manager by scheduling and assigning field personnel, maintaining work order and workforce records, reviewing timesheets and labor transactions, analyzing operational data for discrepancies, preparing utilization and performance reports, assisting with audits, and handling related administrative and communication duties. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, operations administration, or data analysis, along with Excel/reporting proficiency and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
