Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring a Workforce Operations Supervisor for a second-shift role managing on-site operations in a manufacturing facility in Muncie, Indiana. The supervisor will oversee workforce scheduling, headcount, attendance, employee relations, staffing coverage, workforce-system reporting, safety documentation, and coordination with client supervisors. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with up to 30 days of first-shift training. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in staffing, manufacturing supervision, workforce coordination, or employee relations, along with strong communication, leadership, and Microsoft Office skills; VMS, HRIS, UKG, manufacturing, and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
