Description
The Workforce Optimisation Manager will lead workforce planning, labour optimisation, rostering, workforce analytics, productivity reporting, and workforce performance initiatives across Viva Energy Retail’s national network. Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Performance, the role will develop labour planning standards, analyse workforce trends, improve labour utilisation and operational efficiency, and partner with operations, commercial, finance, and people teams. The position includes two direct reports and requires experience in workforce planning, labour optimisation, retail operations, or commercial performance, along with advanced analytical and workforce-management-system skills.
