Description
The Manager of Workforce Optimization leads workforce planning, forecasting, capacity modeling, labor optimization, and labor cost initiatives across 15–20 FBO bases. The role manages and develops Workforce Optimization analysts, partners with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Revenue Management, and other teams, translates workforce and financial data into executive recommendations, monitors productivity and utilization metrics, and drives process improvement and automation. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5–8 years of workforce planning or related analytical experience, and 1–3 years leading projects or direct reports.
