Description
Arcadis is hiring a Resource Planner Asset Management to support workforce planning, talent deployment, demand forecasting, recruitment needs, resource allocation, and data quality across Asset Management in the EUK. The role coordinates with team managers, pursuit and project leaders, sector and industry leads, and talent acquisition partners; manages supply and demand risks; supports mobilization and de-mobilization; and provides early warnings and recommendations to WFP Directors and other stakeholders. Candidates need experience in workforce or resource planning, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, knowledge of regional talent markets and employment law, and a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
