Wood is hiring a full-time, office-based Workforce Planning Lead in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role leads operational workforce planning across assigned portfolios, regions, or business units; develops forecasts and rolling capacity plans; manages demand, utilisation, hiring, redeployment, and contractor engagement; produces workforce analytics and reports; and partners with delivery, project, operations, and talent stakeholders. The position requires a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline, experience in workforce planning or operational planning, strong analytical and Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with enterprise workforce planning or ERP systems.
