Rowan Digital Infrastructure is hiring a Workforce Planning Manager in Denver, Colorado, to lead enterprise workforce planning strategy, forecasting, headcount planning, scenario modeling, workforce risk analysis, and planning governance. Reporting to the Director, People Business Partners, the role partners with business leaders, Finance, Business Operations, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and People Business Partners to translate business strategy into workforce plans and provide data-driven insights. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of progressive workforce planning and HR analytics experience, and offers a three-day hybrid in-office arrangement with compensation of $126,000 to $150,000 plus bonus.
