Wingstop is hiring a Workforce Planning Manager to build and manage its workforce planning and contingent labor function. The role owns Beeline administration, contractor and temporary workforce lifecycle management, vendor relationships, staffing programs, reporting, and governance, while partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, vendors, and business leaders. It is a hands-on build role requiring at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience, and strong process, reporting, vendor, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
