Iowa Workforce Development is hiring a full-time Workforce Program Coordinator for its Grants Team in Des Moines, Iowa. The role supports state and federal pass-through grants by reviewing financial and programmatic documentation, assisting with grant writing and scoring, coordinating with program managers and sub-recipients, processing electronic documentation, monitoring compliance with state and federal requirements, and conducting webinars and on-site monitoring visits. The position offers three remote days per week and alternate schedules after successful completion of probation and training, with some travel possible.
