Description
The role leads and supervises staff assigned to special workforce-development initiatives, coordinating planning, execution, reporting, logistics, external stakeholder engagement, process improvement, compliance, documentation, and participant support. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination or workforce development, and 3–5 years of supervisory or lead experience, along with experience in youth programming, externships, transition services, grant-funded initiatives, or workforce readiness programs.
