Next Generation, Inc. is hiring a WorkForce Software (WFS) Solution Architect for a hybrid role leading the design, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment of workforce management solutions. The role partners with HR, payroll, operations, and IT stakeholders; configures time, attendance, absence, and scheduling modules; coordinates time-clock and kiosk implementations; integrates with ERP, payroll, and HRIS systems; and guides implementation teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of IT or HR technology experience including 3–5 years focused on WFS, and strong knowledge of workforce management, integrations, configuration, and global compliance. The position offers a $135,000–$155,000 USD base salary and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
