The position partners with HR, payroll, operations, and IT stakeholders; configures time, attendance, absence, and scheduling modules; coordinates time-clock and kiosk implementations; integrates with ERP, payroll, and HRIS systems; and guides implementation teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of IT or HR technology experience including 3–5 years with WorkForce Software, and strong knowledge of workforce management, integrations, configuration, and global compliance. The role offers a $135,000–$155,000 USD base salary and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
