Description
WellTheory is hiring a Workforce Strategy & Planning Lead to support the growth and efficiency of its Care Team operations. The role owns workforce capacity modeling and forecasting, productivity and caseload planning, staffing forecasts, hiring timelines, performance monitoring, and scalable dashboards and workflows. It reports to the Co-Founder and Head of Ops and collaborates with Care, Product, Marketing, and Finance. The position is fully remote and offers a base salary of $95,000-$125,000 plus equity and benefits.
