Description
The Workforce Support Specialist - Mid manages and coordinates workforce programs for a federal or national-security mission, including training delivery, performance management, personnel deployments, physical space planning, deployment databases, dashboards, and leadership reporting. The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and 5–7 years of program-management experience, with additional experience in travel and deployment systems, PeopleSoft, DCIPS, and data visualization preferred.
