Temple College is seeking an experienced hospitality and operations professional to join as a part-time Workforce Trainer and Workforce Experience Curator. This role involves delivering workforce training in various aspects such as hospitality, restaurant management, marketing, and event operations, utilizing real-world experience for practical instruction. It also includes supporting restaurant startups and recoveries, employer-based training, and impactful workforce events. Additionally, the trainer will incorporate AI applications to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
