Description
The Workforce Transformation Director will advise C-suite and senior HR, technology and business leaders on how AI and broader workforce transformation affect roles, skills, culture and employee experience. The role combines strategy, consulting, commercial leadership and hands-on delivery, including designing change and communication strategies, leading multidisciplinary teams, developing new propositions, and driving revenue through senior relationship building, proposals, pricing and commercial negotiation. It requires extensive business experience, a strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies, proven revenue-generation and client-influence capabilities, and a bachelor’s degree; hybrid working and as-needed travel are supported.
