Description
The Workforce Transition Coordinator will support the Department of Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office by coordinating the full lifecycle of contractor and federal personnel onboarding and offboarding. The role manages access requests, clearance and training documentation, equipment return, record closure, compliance reporting, process improvements, and audit-ready documentation. It is contingent upon award and available in the Metro DC, Kansas City, Missouri, or remote locations subject to COR approval. The position requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of federal or government contracting onboarding experience, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Moderate Risk (MBI) clearance.
