SD Solutions is hiring a Professional Services Manager to deliver customer onboarding and configuration support for Connecteam, a workforce-management SaaS platform. The role combines live video onboarding and training with offline system configuration, data imports, quality assurance, documentation, customer guidance, and coordination with Customer Success and other teams. Candidates need at least one year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, professional services, technical support, or back-office configuration, strong technical aptitude, excellent English communication, customer-facing confidence, and availability for United States Central or Eastern Time live calls.
