Description
Adobe is hiring a Workfront Practice Leader to elevate and scale its mature Workfront practice across implementation, consulting, architecture, and delivery. The role leads and develops practitioners, owns competency frameworks and AI adoption, sets delivery quality standards, represents the practice with customers and senior stakeholders, and partners with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams. It requires 10–12 years of overall experience, including 4–5 years in people leadership or practice management, a background in enterprise technology consulting or professional services, and a bachelor's degree; Bangalore is preferred, with global stakeholder engagement and occasional customer travel.
