Description
The employer is hiring an excavator operator for roadworks and sewer projects in the Tienen region. The role involves operating heavy tracked or wheeled excavators for large-scale excavation, trenching, and lifting; operating mini excavators for precise confined-space work; and assisting with dumpers, rollers, or wheel loaders. Applicants need machine-maintenance knowledge, at least five years of excavator-operator experience, a Category B driver's license, and a VCA certificate or the opportunity to obtain it. The position offers a permanent contract after an interim period, pay based on the pay scale and experience, a loyalty bonus, supplementary pension, paid leave, no weekend work, hospitalization insurance after two quarters of permanent employment, and an hourly wage indexed four times per year.
