Lely is hiring a Working Foreman, Assembly to lead and actively participate in the assembly of automated dairy-farming machines. The role combines people management, production scheduling, team communication, bottleneck resolution, quality, safety, and 6S compliance, and includes machine testing and completion. Candidates need relevant MBO-level technical training, production or assembly people-management experience, technical drawing and installation knowledge, and familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, PCB maintenance, lifting, forklift operation, and assembly tools. The position is based at Lely Campus in Maassluis, requires working at least three days per week, and offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500–€4,300.
