Description
The Assembly Technician translates assembly schedules into effective shop-floor organization, assembles critical components correctly, supervises final inspection, monitors workshop safety, and supports quality, reliability, and efficiency. After training, the role provides technical support and guides assembly technicians. A technical diploma or machine-building experience is advantageous, while hands-on ability, responsibility, problem-solving, and accuracy are expected.
