Description
The Trainee Site Manager will work on construction sites in East and West Flanders, learning under supervision how to plan, execute, and monitor formwork, manage teams and subcontractors, order materials, and coordinate with project managers. The role includes in-house training, a permanent contract, and the possibility of taking charge of a site after a successful interim period. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent experience, strong spatial and technical insight, independent accuracy, and strong organizational and planning skills.
