Description
The Working Foreman leads a team of operators across multiple production lines in a high-tech food production environment, overseeing the production of rice desserts and other dairy products. The role covers pre-production utilities and sterilization, production activities including mixing, UHT treatment, cooling, sterile storage, quality and hygiene monitoring, shift handovers, and post-production cleaning and equipment reporting. The foreman must coordinate workstations, apply HACCP and GMP controls, monitor critical control points, and maintain accurate preparation sheets and production records.
