Description
The Specialist Body Builder works in the finishing department of a custom-trailer manufacturing company, installing 24V systems, connecting vehicle lighting, and performing flexible finishing and cleaning tasks. The role also includes planning and coordinating work, overseeing quality and safety, coaching colleagues, training BBL students, maintaining workshop order, and assuming full responsibility for day-to-day operations when the department manager is absent. Applicants need at least MBO-level work and thinking, preferably in electrical engineering, experience reading technical drawings, knowledge of MS Office, and a proactive, responsible attitude. The position offers a gross salary of €3,577–€4,140, 25 vacation days, additional vacation pay, and 32–40 hours per week.
