Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Working Team Leader to work on the shop floor in a kitchen-manufacturing company. The role directs and guides the team, teaches new employees, supports the master craftsman, organizes work processes, contributes to safety and hygiene, and may act as a backup for the master craftsman. Applicants need at least an A2 qualification, fluent Dutch, leadership qualities, hands-on experience or potential to lead a team, and preferably woodworking machinery and CNC experience.
