The employer is hiring a Working Foreman in structural construction to lead a small team while actively working on site. The role manages residential construction and renovation projects on the Belgian coast, coordinates daily work, plans and inspects materials, monitors quality, safety, schedule, and progress, and coordinates with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. Candidates need extensive construction and structural construction experience, team-management ability, on-site work experience, and a category B driving licence; a category BE and/or C licence is an advantage.
