Description
The employer is hiring a Day Supervisor for a stable fish-industry company. The role manages production, schedules, productivity, quality, hygiene compliance, inventory, and shop-floor operations while coordinating purchasing, sales, and production teams. Candidates should be organized, responsible, practical, able to manage people, and preferably have higher secondary education, fish-industry experience, and Dutch, French, and English language skills. The position requires approximately 38 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with an early start around 4–5 a.m., and offers starting pay of €18 per hour plus meal vouchers, eco vouchers, and a year-end bonus.
