Konvert Izegem is hiring a shift supervisor to lead a team of 10 to 15 employees and oversee an entire production or packaging line. The role involves setting up and monitoring machines and production schedules, ensuring staffing, supporting employees, resolving malfunctions, and working the night shift from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The position requires secondary education or equivalent experience, Dutch proficiency, forklift experience, and flexibility with working hours; production and leadership experience are advantageous.
