Description
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is hiring a three-month working student for its Banking & Finance unit in Amsterdam. The placement runs approximately three days per week and involves analyzing legal issues, writing internal memos, blogs, draft advice, and preparing presentations for financing transactions, restructurings, and securitizations. Applicants must be final-stage university law students, have affinity with or experience in Banking & Finance, strong communication and social skills, attention to detail, and excellent Dutch and English. The opening starts in January 2027.
