Description
The Capacity Controlling Specialist will support the execution and development of capacity controlling within central controlling, assist with variance and ad hoc analyses and management evaluations, prepare results for management, and collaborate with personnel cost controlling and the Business Organization and People & Culture departments. The role requires studying economics or business administration, analytical thinking, strong MS Office skills, teamwork, and a willingness to learn; a completed bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including up to half of monthly working hours from home or on the go.
