Insify is hiring a Customer Support Expert to assist customers through email, chat, and phone, improve the customer experience, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to product and process improvements. The role is intended for a bachelor’s, pre-master’s, or master’s student who speaks and writes Dutch, can work independently and collaboratively, and is available for 24–32 hours per week. The position offers €14–€16 per hour and options for remote work.
