Description
Stromnetz Berlin GmbH is hiring a Working Student in HR People & Culture in Berlin-Treptow to support day-to-day HR operations, administer working-student contracts, implement company-wide HR standard processes, create and issue documents, and contribute to HR process redesign projects. The role requires ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, strong German and MS Office skills, and an independent, organized, collaborative approach. Working hours are up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 37 hours during semester breaks, with pay of €16.00 per hour for bachelor’s students and €18.00 per hour for master’s students. The assignment lasts at least six or twelve months and can be extended by agreement.
