Roland Berger is hiring an Intern for Marketing & Communications to support the Office of the Global Head of Marketing & Communications in an international consulting environment. The role involves strategic project support, process and template optimization, internal events and workshops, presentation and report preparation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and leadership. It is based at the Munich office, starts in early December 2026, and requires approximately 20 hours per week for at least six months. Applicants should have an ongoing degree in business administration, communication sciences, or a comparable field, strong organizational and analytical skills, interest in marketing, communication, and strategy, and very good English and Microsoft Office skills.
