Smiths Detection is hiring a working student for materials and production planning at its Wiesbaden site, starting as soon as possible. The role involves processing orders in SAP, coordinating with suppliers, supporting material availability, creating Excel reports, maintaining master data, and reliably completing assigned tasks. Applicants must be enrolled in an industrial, mechanical, production, or comparable engineering program, be available for at least 15 hours per week, and have basic knowledge of materials scheduling, supply chain, inventory, and production processes, along with analytical, numerical, data-analysis, and Excel skills.
