Quantum Systems is hiring a Working Student to support its Supply Chain and Export Operations team with order processing, export-related product classification, BAFA and customs procedures, and the creation, maintenance, and improvement of master data. The role involves coordinating with order processing, export, logistics, product management, and engineering teams, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office, and contributing to data quality and process optimization. Applicants should be studying a relevant law, customs, taxation, international trade, supply chain, or business administration degree, speak fluent German, and have MS Office experience; English, ERP, Jira, and Confluence knowledge are advantageous.
